RootSpace Membership/Tenancy Rates

Membership at RootSpace is individual (except for private offices) and includes for all:

• kitchen access with free tea/coffee/water;
• access to diverse spaces for working, meeting, relaxing;
• wireless Internet (subject to fair-use limitations and extra charges for high-bandwidth use);
• access to a growing library of organizational and entrepreneurship books and journals; and
• membership in a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, civil society activists, and researchers.
  

Rent is charged month to month at above levels. Longer payments receive a discount (5% discount for 3 month payment; 7% for 6 month payment; 10% for 1-year contract). A security deposit may be required.  Special rates for organizations, special/flexible arrangements, and equipment rental can be arranged.  Contact us to discuss.
